With technology and social media rapidly advancing, digital marketers need to stay up to date with the trends and adapt. In order for brands to communicate effectively with customers, they need to connect through the same platform – social media. People are starting to move away from print and more towards digital.
Daniel Guce a research scholar from the University of Craiova Romania explained, “Now a day men’s and women’s attention is boosted up towards digital world and they are grip with the cashless trend and attracted with online marketing and advertisement.”
This research paper discusses the various digital channels and the metrics involved to create a successful digital marketing campaign.
Through secondary research, Guce finds that 45 percent of the world is on social media. Nowadays with social media, many businesses have accounts specifically for communicating with customers. “Around 42 percent of customers want an immediate response within 5 seconds”. This knowledge allows businesses to stay in quick and easy contact to keep the customers satisfied.
The researcher concludes with, “In this new era, almost all business sectors have adopted digital marketing trends. Present-day marketing strategies are going to update day by day through digital marketing. If businesses are not on this platform they will not [succeed].”
